After a few years of using commercial backpacking stoves, I ran across some information about home made stoves on the internet. I tried a few designs of my own, but liked someone else’s design better; The Pepsi Can Stove. The design was great, but I thought it should be smaller, so it could be easily carried in my cooking pot, along with the other cooking gear. My BluuBull Stove is a miniature version of the Pepsi Can Stove, using Red Bull cans instead.
The purpose of the BluuBull Stove web site is to give as much information as possible and give detailed instructions about how to make your own. Ordering the stove is no longer possible.
I have used a BluuBull Stove on trips as long as 110 miles over 11 days, and it has never let me down.
I found the Pepsi Can Stove at http://wings.interfree.it/ , along with other home made stove designs.
Anti-Gravity http://www.antigravitygear.com/ sells a beer can version for $12.00 last time I Checked.
